About the Role

We're opening five BD Associate positions to expand our outreach capacity and grow the pipeline that powers TA Quant's partnerships and client base. As a BD Associate, you'll be the first point of contact between TA Quant and the projects, exchanges, and counterparties we want to work with. That means running targeted outreach campaigns, opening conversations, qualifying opportunities, and passing warm leads up to BD Managers for progression. This is a high-volume, high-communication role. You'll be managing a lot of simultaneous conversations across Telegram, Discord, X, and email, staying organized and professional throughout while moving quickly. If you're someone who is plugged into the crypto space, knows how to start and sustain a conversation without sounding like a template, and wants to grow in a BD career inside a real trading firm, this is a great place to build that foundation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outreach to projects, exchanges, protocols, and potential partners across relevant channels
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for initial conversations and early relationship building with prospects
  • Qualify leads and opportunities and facilitate warm handoffs to BD Managers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and keep outreach activity well-documented and up to date
  • Coordinate meetings, introductions, and follow-ups to keep deals moving through the pipeline
  • Stay current on crypto market developments, new project launches, and ecosystem trends to identify outreach opportunities

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a BD, sales, or client-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage a high volume of ongoing conversations simultaneously
  • Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, async-first remote environment
  • Genuine interest in crypto, Web3, and digital asset markets

Nice to Have

  • Crypto-native background with existing familiarity of the ecosystem, projects, and key players
  • Experience using CRM tools and structured outreach workflows
  • Prior exposure to market making, liquidity services, or trading infrastructure
  • Active presence in crypto communities on X, Telegram, or Discord
