About the Role
We're looking for a Frontend Designer who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and genuinely cares about how things feel to use. You'll be shaping the visual language and interaction design of our platform, building the interfaces that traders and users interact with every day. That means crafting design systems, producing high-fidelity mockups, and working closely with developers to make sure what gets built actually matches what was designed. This is a product-first role. You're not here to make things pretty for the sake of it. You'll be solving real UX challenges in a fast-moving fintech environment where clarity, speed, and precision matter. The right person can hold both aesthetics and functionality in their head at the same time and knows that great design makes complex things feel obvious.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and interaction patterns for web and app surfaces
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries that scale across the product
- Prototype and test user experiences, iterating based on feedback and data
- Collaborate closely with developers and product to ensure design fidelity from mockup to production
- Own the visual consistency of the platform and contribute to evolving the overall design direction
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design with a strong portfolio of web or app work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of web design constraints and how your decisions interact with frontend implementation
- Experience collaborating directly with developers and product teams in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for fintech, SaaS, or Web3 products
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or frontend frameworks
- Motion design and micro-interaction experience
- Familiarity with user research methods and analytics tools
