Social Media Manager / Community Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who doesn't just manage accounts, they own the culture. This role is about building TA Quant's voice and presence across the crypto timeline in a way that feels native, real, and impossible to scroll past. You'll be creating meme-native content, writing threads that cut through the noise, running community activations, and translating complex on-chain narratives and market developments into content that degens, builders, and traders actually want to engage with. This isn't a corporate content calendar role. The crypto space moves fast, narratives shift overnight, and the best content often lives or dies in a two-hour window. If you're someone who's chronically online, genuinely plugged into the meta, and can go from idea to post before the moment passes, this is built for you.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute daily content across X, Discord, Telegram, and emerging platforms
• Design and launch viral meme campaigns, threads, and community engagement activations
• Build and nurture a loyal, active community through high-signal, authentic interaction
• Stay plugged into crypto trends, memes, market sentiment, and on-chain developments in real time
• Translate product updates, partnerships, and news into native crypto language that actually lands
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for reach, engagement, and community growth

Requirements

• True crypto native: you live on Crypto Twitter/X and understand the space inside out, memes, DeFi, NFTs, culture, the current meta
• Proven meme fluency: you know what hits instinctively and can create original, fire content fast
• Sharp, witty writing voice that feels at home in web3, not corporate
• 2+ years managing socials for crypto or Web3 projects, or running a high-engagement personal brand in the space

Nice to Have

• Strong visual skills: quick with Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar for memes and short-form video
• Experience running Discord and Telegram communities and coordinating raids
• Existing network in the space, KOLs, founders, builders, degens
• Short-form video editing expertise for Reels and TikTok-style content
