MTF FVG & Order Blocks

Smart Money Concepts (SMC) indicator built for traders who follow ICT methodology and institutional price action. This tool automatically detects, draws, and manages Fair Value Gaps (FVGs) and Order Blocks (OBs) across up to 3 fully configurable higher timeframes simultaneously, giving you a complete picture of where institutional liquidity and imbalance zones sit on your chart without the need to manually switch timeframes.

Fair Value Gaps are identified using the classic 3-candle ICT pattern. A bullish FVG forms when the high of candle A is below the low of candle C, leaving an unfilled price gap to the upside. A bearish FVG forms when the low of candle A is above the high of candle C, leaving a gap to the downside. These imbalance zones act as high-probability areas where price is likely to return and rebalance, making them key targets for entries, exits, and take profit levels. Order Blocks are detected by identifying the last opposing candle before a strong impulsive move. A bullish Order Block is the last bearish candle before price breaks higher, while a bearish Order Block is the last bullish candle before price breaks lower. These zones represent areas of institutional accumulation and distribution and are widely used by SMC and ICT traders as high-confluence entry zones.

All zones are drawn with accurate right-edge extension, updating every bar so drawings are never stretched beyond their intended reach or cut short prematurely. Each zone is labelled inline with its timeframe and type for instant identification, and color-coded individually per timeframe so you can immediately distinguish Weekly zones from Daily zones from 4H zones without any confusion.

The indicator features a smart mitigation and cleanup engine that monitors every active zone on every bar and removes it automatically once price has interacted with it. You have full control over what counts as mitigation. Choose between Touched (wick reaches the zone edge), 50% (wick reaches the zone midpoint), or Filled (wick trades completely through the zone). This keeps your chart clean and clutter-free, showing only zones that are still valid and untested. A built-in dashboard panel sits neatly in the corner of your chart displaying the status of each timeframe, how many FVG and OB zones are currently active, your chosen mitigation modes, and extension settings. Everything you need to monitor at a glance without opening the settings menu. The dashboard position, size, and all zone colors are fully customizable to suit your chart layout and personal preferences.
